Simply the best breakfast of all time! This is my favorite meal on a cheat day actually. Made in less then five minutes and so so delicious! Mine are not the prettiest but they sure do taste divine! I love the toast at Press + Brew in Dallas and I had to replicate it, but yes...they have the prettier toast!!!
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 slice bread, toasted (I love Udi's gluten-free bread)
1/2 ripe avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional but really my favorite part
Kosher Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste.
Spread butter in an even layer on bread.
Spread with avocado, drizzle with olive oil and top with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes, if using. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately. And maybe repeat!
Don't skip breakfast!
