Best of Tulsa 2017
Once again, it's time to choose your favorite people, places, and things in Tulsa for The Tulsa Voice's annual readers' choice awards.
Nominate your picks for the Best of Tulsa, and you'll be entered to win a $500 dining package. (Hello, I want that.)
(Must submit nominations for at least 75% of categories and be 18 or older to win.)
So local loves, I am really relying on you to help me out. I just took the entire survey and it took about 15 minutes tops. Do it while you are bathing and drinking wine or getting those steps in on that elliptical. There once again is not a blogger category (sad face) but there is the following option... Best Tulsan to Follow on Social Media (Question 100) and I really would be honored to have your nomination. I have put so much time and effort into my instagram making it such a visual diary and have always shared so much of Tulsa with you. I am actually the person most write when they need a recommendation for dinner or drinks and coffee. Not to mention all the fabulous day trips I have shared! Yes, I am patting myself on the back here.
Just for fun and FYI, these are the things I am going to miss most when I leave here too. It's been my home for almost 8 years now. Time flies.
1. STG pizza. (It's just the best)
2. Dragonmoon Tea Company's Christmas blend tea and their chocolate chip bread pudding. (that is the best bakery in town)
3. Cain's Ballroom's bouncing floor. Gosh that thing is fun.
4. Hodges Bend everything. I am going to need to actually put the whole place and all the people in my pocket and take it to BCN.
5. Tulsa Garden Center's beautiful scenery. I love reflecting here.
And of course my best friends but many plan on visiting me in Spain so I am not too worried about that.
So loves..thanks in advance! Please please nominate me for this. I really really want it!
Nominations are open through Sunday, February 5.
Top five nominations will be published in their February 15 issue. Come back and vote in the runoff ballot, beginning Wednesday, February 15. And if I make it that far, I will post all of the information for you.
See the winners and finalists of last year's Best of Tulsa here. And way to go everyone!
