We are quickly approaching the holidays where long travel hours await us. There will be miles upon miles in the car or in the air..so you know what this means....

What are you reading? Do you know any good books?

Excited to share my 5 faves of the moment with you and while we are on the topic of the holidays, I have added these to the gift guide category of my blog. Whenever I am perplexed about shopping for that one difficult person on my list that has everything, my go-to is always a book!

Read it at the beach: The Vacationers by Emma Straub
This smart beach read chronicles a New York family’s two-week vacation in Mallorca. The sunlit island, its mountains and beaches, its tapas and tennis courts, also promise an escape from the tensions simmering at home in Manhattan. But all does not go according to plan: over the course of the vacation, secrets come to light, old and new humiliations are experienced, childhood rivalries resurface, and ancient wounds are exacerbated. This is an oldie but such a goodie.
