Busy bloggers and creatives like us at Go French Yourself are constantly on the go. Between writing endless articles, staging photo shoots, and crafting some delicious recipes, there is hardly time to sit down for a relaxing meal during the week. Breakfast is especially tough for me on these busy days. And a Whole30 breakfast..well the cards can sometimes feel stacked against you here if you have not prepared beforehand. When I’m rushing out the door in the morning, the last thing I want to do is prepare a time-intensive meal. That said, I’ve recently been researching a few ways to make a delicious and quick Whole30 approved breakfast for on-the-go girls like myself! My belief is that if you’re going to eat breakfast on the move, at least whip up one that’s healthy—and tasty too! Today I’ll be sharing 1 of my favorite tried-and-true Whole30 busy girl breakfasts. And it really fits in a lunch dinner category too! This recipe also makes a lovely brunch meal for a nice home gathering with friends and family!

This recipe only takes 10-15 minutes, even with the hard-boiled eggs. Yep, you read that right my friends!! EVEN WITH THE HARD-BOILED EGGS.

I feel like I should write a check to Great Day Farms Hard Boiled Eggs for saving me so much time in my life. They are pre-peeled and ready to eat and as a girl who hates preparing her own hard-boiled eggs, well this is just the ultimate Whole30 game changer. You eat a lot of eggs when you are doing Whole30! Great Day Farms understand that I lead a busy lifestyle filled with responsibility and deadlines and they continue working hard by making sure I get the proper nutrition to lead a healthy lifestyle! Am I capable of hard -boiling and peeling my own eggs, of course I am but these are so great in a binge ya’ll. We keep them in our fridge at all times because they are super convenient and taste delicious. And you get 6g of protein per egg so that’s a macro win!

Sharing a great offer on the eggs here too!

Okay, okay..I know you are yearning for the recipe so here it is!
