I have a WHOLOTTA love for Tex-Mex and The Bachelorette so take that Monday!
The wait is officially over and I couldn't be more excited for Rachel Lindsay's journey to begin tonight! Man tears, exotic locations, and roses..yes, please. For those of you who don't know, I am a HUGE Bachelor and Bachelorette fan....like never ask me to do anything on Monday nights unless it involves this show. And even then, I am going to need you to only talk to me during commercials!
Rachel was actually my first pick for Nick as soon as she got out of the limo and when she received the first impression rose, I jumped up and down. I think we all fell in love with her and as the season went on and I called it! I knew she would be the next Bachelorette!
The best part about ‘The Bachelorette’, aside from the drama and the craziness, is the reason to get together and have a little get together with your closest girlfriends. And a party involving tacos ??! And party burritos??!! I mean......I just cannot even wait until tonight!!
I have the craziest day today and as much as I would love to cook a delicious meal for my besties...it's just not going to happen. I also do not want to spend a fortune. I have some upcoming trips coming up and need to conserve some funds.
