Rosé Sangria With Cherries Recipe

I know it's National Margarita Day and tacos and guacamole and tamales are on the menu for us tonight but I wanted to utilize things I had in the house today while still being festive! I am always stocked on Rosé, Brandy, and fresh fruit so there you have it!!!!!

I am obsessed with my new Cherry Bombe Cookbook where I found this recipe but made a few modifications including the serving size. This will happily serve two!

RECIPE

1 bottle chilled Rosé

1/3 cup Brandy (I use an apricot flavored Brandy)

1 tablespoon St--Germain elderflower liquor

Juice of 1/2 lime

1 cup cherries,  pitted

1 or 2 ribbons orange zest

1 Blood Orange sliced

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 splash of club soda

Ice

(optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Pour the rosé, brandy, St. Germain, and lime juice into a large pitcher and stir with a large spoon. Add the cherries, orange zest, and blood orange. Refrigerate for one hour so the flavors can come together. Right before serving add the blueberries and add the splash of soda and ice if desired!

SOOOOOO DELISH!!!!
