The Perfect Throw Pillows Featuring Beau & Arrow

If you have been following me for a bit now, you know that I just made some changes to my bedding in both the master and guest bedroom. The master is just perfect but the guest room was still missing the perfect throw pillows. Look at the before here

See what I mean??!

I know patterned throw pillows are one of the simplest and least risky ways to change the feeling of a room. My favorite Brooklyn textile designer Rebecca Atwood taught me that! They make a big impact but can easily be switched out. Typically patterns make me feel super anxious...so starting with a smaller scale item like a throw pillow is a great way to ease into it. Rebecca always says that small scale patterns just read as texture. I had the perfect vision of what I wanted for that room....but just couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. It needed to be a simple modern pattern and I wanted some variations of blue tones to really pull the room together and give it a clean Edgartown vibe.  I tried so many different shops...and thought I would finally find a fabric I loved and just have them made-----Until one rainy Sunday morning.......I went shoe hunting in The Boxyard.

I am a huge fan of Beau & Arrow in The Boxyard  in my current hometown and Megan recently started playing around with bringing in some lifestyle products. (She is mostly known for some amazing trendy affordable apparel and I am quite addicted to the shoes and accessories)

You guys!!! I found my most perfect throw pillows!! I repeat..I found my most perfect throw pillows!

The perfect subtle clean modern print, the perfect shades of blue, and a quality pillow. (the price point is even perfect) When it comes to pillows, my motto is: a bad insert equals a bad pillow. There is nothing worse than a flat, weak pillow.

Say bonjour to The Islands Succulent Pillow. Soft muted tones with your favorite succulent variation on the front, your bedroom or living room will be screaming mid-century modern in no time. In addition to completing the look, here's a few more reasons why this pillow just might become your new favorite decor addition:

INSERT:

  • An hypoallergenic alternative to animal down

  • Ultra soft, same look and feel of traditional down

  • Karate chop look

  • High Thread Count covering

  • Filled with polyester also know as micro-denier

  • Non-allergenic

CASE:

  • Soft woven cotton feel & look

  • Removable washable covering (hand wash only)

  • Discrete zipper closure on bottom of pillow

There are a few different designs to chose from ...and they all look great together.

Check that out here.

And at only $32.....??!! OMG!

Henry approves...

What else would you do to my guest room if it were yours!!!??? Help me out!
