Becoming more intentional with my alone time is a huge goal of mine in April! (How is it April already BTW?) I am really needing to shift my focus to using my alone time more productively. Each week it looks different—whether it’s meditation or yoga or even just. warm intentional mindful bath or a nap. Anything where I can truly recharge and come back refreshed……
Taking a holistic approach to restoring our spaces, minds, bodies, and hearts in small but powerful ways is so important! I am currently dealing with major obstacles with my health and really just want to hold space for myself. I want this season to bloom a healthier and happier me.
