The l'Econome by Starck Tableware Review

The most beautiful delivery from from DEGRENNE arrived and I just had to take you on this unboxing journey with me for #FrenchFridaysWithGFY. DEGRENNE and brilliant French designer Philippe Starck cleverly designed porcelain tablewear.

It’s all inspired by Starck’s grandmother, who used to cover her food-laden bowls with plates “to keep the bees and greedy hands away.”

The l'Econome by Starck tableware has been designed to make everyday meals easier. Stackable and versatile, the sets of bowls and helpful plate-lids, go from the refrigerator to the oven, from the oven to the table and the table to the refrigerator. As practical as it is elegant, with its soft colours and satin finish, this innovative concept offers real savings in terms of time and space with less steps to perform.

Degrenne has beginnings dating back to 1948—when founder Guy Degrenne used armor from tanks left on the beaches of Normandy to create his first set of stainless steel cutlery. Since then, exceptional quality flatware, dinnerware, and glassware have joined the ranks and become trusted by many of the finest restaurants worldwide. Now, you can bring Degrenne’s innovative spirit and classic French elegance right to your dinner table.

It made perfect sense to partner with DEGRENNE, the specialist in the Art of Tableware for my upcoming Bastille Day recipe project I am working on for you guys to have 10 easy French recipes to recreate at home for your own Bastille Day celebrations!

I will be showing you how wonderful the l'Econome by Starck tableware functions! ( it’s so very beautiful too and changes in the light- I mixed and matched the pink radish and the grey rutabaga and am pleased with my choice)The L'E by Starck French stainless steel flatware is exquisite too! I actually previously owned this flatware but added 4 more place settings because -Bonjour - dinner parties can happen again! 💋
