It’s looking a little different around here this year in quarantine! It will just be Lin and I this year ( sad because originally Lin’s son and daughter in law along with the two boys were planning on visiting) Anyway..trying to keep things happy, beautiful, and festive around here so I decided to put together a little spring Easter table that looks modern and bright! I did not shop for new things as I normally do so I used pieces that I already had with the exception of a brand new linen tablecloth from Rough Linen. I love it so much so it was exciting to use this as the star piece for my Easter tablescape.

Many of these ceramic objects are modeled and formed using techniques such as traditional Japanese wood bending, carving, plaster turning and mould making together with more contemporary approaches such as 3d printing and multi axis cnc. Their publications began with a series of food and drink city maps and apps, and since 2015 they have published a series architecture and design guide maps. The New York Times describes the maps as "part design manifesto, part urban architecture guide".
