I am so excited to tell you all about Falcon Enamelware today! I first introduced you to Falcon a few weeks ago when I shared a recipe for a Cherry Clafouti and today I am going to share two more recipes I made recently using my Falcon pieces!

Enamelware is so beautiful, so functional, and so light and compact to store. We have very little storage in our kitchen and an open pantry so Falcon really suits us perfectly. It’s also so easy to clean. It’s timeless and durable! Falcon is a UK company that now ships to the US, which is great because their quality and colors are the best out there. Enamelware is also great for camping trips as it packs light to stay nimble and agile on your travels! So it’s just incredibly versatile.

This month, I am on a mission to cultivate as much gratitude as possible and one of the most effective ways I’ve found to do this is with one very small yet super powerful habit. Instead of thinking I “have” to do this today, I think I “get” to do this.

I get to go walk my pups and enjoy my neighborhood blooms! I get to cook dinner for the one I love. And so on…! See….try it!

Making my night time wind down routine something I “get” to do, rather than have to do too! The added benefit is that my quality of sleep is better as a result. And when Sam gets the sleep the world is just a better place! LOL!

“Bed time” is a term typically reserved for kids, but the truth is that the hour before you go to bed can be critical to how well you sleep.

With ample pockets of fruit and a texture somewhere in between a custard, a cake, and a dutch baby, the clafouti (pronounced kla-foo-tee) is a classic French dessert that should be on your radar. Traditionally (and in this Julia Child recipe) sweet, dark Summer cherries are the fruit of choice, though berries or diced stone fruit (like plums or nectarines) also work wonderfully with the puffy custard base.

There’s no question I inherited my affinity from my mom; when I think back on my childhood, I recall someone frequently cascading down the stairs in a satin robe, or curled up on the couch in a plush terry cloth one watching Lifetime movies!
