Read MoreI am so excited to introduce you to the brand behind the luxe bedding and linens, Piglet In Bed. Many of you know that Lin and I have been spending quite some time working on our new little home here in New Mexico and we can’t wait to share more of the updates with you end summer, early fall.
One of the items on our list was investing in new sustainable linen bedding. I had discovered a brand called Piglet in Bed while doing some research and was so intrigued by their color palettes and their overall mission. Their founder started Piglet in Bed in 2017 from her mother's garden shed in rural England with just a small range of linen bedding and a couple of cheeky piglets who were willing to be the first models. Today, they’ve expanded their collection to include beautiful, low-maintenance bedding, sleepwear and homewares.

We’re all drawn to novelty—it’s human nature. The shiny and new all present opportunities for innovation, growth, and progress along the path forward. Of course, change doesn’t come without challenge. And this little Santa Fe home of ours was quite the challenge to fix up. Sometimes I think a full demo is easier than fixing something up! LOL.

This area gets a ton of action from almost daily cooking, washing dishes, and an area the pups love to lounge! The runner we had was too thick and hard to vacuum so it just never felt clean. And in classic junk drawer form, it's notoriously difficult to tidy up, especially when it’s not my clutter to tidy up! (well one little area is my stuff..I must admit)
Rodge is also a classic Cancer who cannot let go of anything. But one day….I just simply could not let this go on any longer. It would just give me so much anxiety and I decided to gift him a new organized catchall closet!
