The year was 2018…or was it?!!

I recently had the pleasure of attending one of the funnest wedding celebrations I have ever attended!!! Their was music, flower crowns, food trucks, a beer garden, anacondas, and even helicopter rides.

It was truly so magical!!! The dusty air, sunset, amazing food and tunes. I felt like I was at my favorite music festival actually. And festivals really weave a special kind of magic – it’s wild, invigorating, and the energy is electric.With a buzz in the air and glitter in your hair and all over your face— nothing can make you feel more alive than the chaos and freedom of a festival or a celebration of love!!!!!!!

Today I’m here to talk about my latest sipping obsession. Since most of my friends in Pilates start off by saying “I know I need to drink more water,” I’m always on the hunt for new ways to make hydrating less of a chore. And the reality is, most people prefer drinking flavored water. So today I’m here to talk about my latest sipping obsession-Sparkling Ice.

They are super colorful, perfectly fizzy, crazy flavorful and loaded with the good vitamins and antioxidants, AND zero sugar. OMG, they are so refreshing!

Cinco De Mayo BBQ Featuring Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce

The countdown to one of my fave holidays is on and and I am "muy" excited because I get to share with you guys the details from the small little chic Mexican fiesta that I threw last week for a few friends. I wanted to keep things super festive obviously but super simple. And I wanted to incorporate my favorite BBQ sauce to blend two things I love so much together......Tex-Mex & BBQ sauce! Okay maybe three things--you can't forget the tequila.

Oscar Sunday Gathering Featuring West Elm

Oscar Sunday is finally here and I couldn't be more excited!!!!!!! I love the glitz and glam so much! I am such a sucker for that red carpet fashion just as much as the award ceremony truth be told. So the votes have been cast, the red carpet has been delivered and the stars have been styled and it’s almost time to curl up on the couch in pj's and watch as the winners are announced. I also use this night as an excuse to break out the bubbly, candy, and good old fashioned buttery popcorn with a small group of friends. This year I decided to do some simple cheese and crackers too but you seriously cannot go wrong with any finger food. Excited to share some quick easy ideas so you can host your own little Oscar watch party Sunday night. Let's let the star-watching commence!

Wedding Flowers From Whole Foods Market Tulsa

Were you one of the lucky ones to get engaged over the holidays?!

I had quite a few friends begin 2018 with a new piece of sparkling jewelry on their finger.

In a brunch gathering the other day when I asked my girlfriends how wedding planning was going, the one thing I kept hearing over and over was how flowers were busting their wedding budgets. Most brides want bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and ceremony and reception arrangements. With the current wedding conundrum being flowers, I figured I would offer some help and guidance to my community here in Tulsa. The more and more Go French Yourself grows, I really want this blog to be your go-to for anything you can possibly imagine. Brunch Inspiration//Coffee and Bagel Bar

The build-your-own bagel bar from my holiday brunch gathering today was such a major hit, I wondered why I hadn’t done this setup at countless gatherings before. It couldn’t have been simpler to put together, required zero cooking time , and who on earth does not adore coffee and bagels?! I absolutely love hosting my best girlfriends this time of year as we celebrate the holidays and actually have time to spend together before the hustle and bustle of December sweep in.

Houston Holiday Traditions// Baking With Hiland Along With a KitchenAid Mixer Giveaway

I always spend Thanksgiving in Houston. And have really grown to love some of those fabulous Texas traditions that I have been able to create.
